We want you to love your Pusheen gear, so we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that certain items like mystery boxes and plushies are final sale for safety and collectible integrity.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your Pusheen items.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original tags are still attached to your fashion items.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
